You may only hold one account per person on the Andorlex Platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update your information promptly if it changes. Andorlex reserves the right to verify your identity and may request additional documentation at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, PIN, and 2FA codes). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Andorlex will never ask for your password via email or chat.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at . Andorlex is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password of at least 8 characters.
• Enable Google Authenticator (2FA) for additional protection.
• Set a Transaction PIN to protect withdrawals.
• Never log in on shared or public devices without logging out.

Andorlex Bet provides access to a wide range of sports markets including football, basketball, tennis, cricket, and more. All bets are subject to these Terms and any additional betting rules displayed on the relevant market page.

Bet Placement & Acceptance

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Platform. A confirmation screen does not constitute acceptance of a bet — it must be registered in our system.
• Andorlex reserves the right to void or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on incorrect odds due to system error.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed, except where Andorlex exercises its right to void a market.

Odds & Payouts

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Winnings are calculated as (Stake × Odds) − Stake.
• Andorlex reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Any bet placed on an erroneous price may be voided.
• Payouts are credited to your Andorlex wallet immediately after settlement.

Void & Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules may apply to certain markets and will be detailed on the market page.

Responsible Betting

Andorlex strongly encourages responsible betting. Use our self-exclusion, deposit limits, and cool-off period tools available under your account settings. Sports betting involves financial risk — never bet more than you can afford to lose.

Andorlex Casino offers a range of games including Aviator (crash game), virtual sports, slot-style games, and more. All casino activity is subject to these Terms and the individual rules displayed in each game.

Aviator & Crash Games

• Aviator is a multiplier crash game. The multiplier rises until the plane flies away — cash out before it does to secure your winnings.
• Failure to cash out before the plane flies away results in the loss of your entire stake.
• Each round is independently provably fair. You may verify results using our fairness checker.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed in-game.

General Casino Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG).
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• Promotional bonuses applied to casino play are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms.
• Andorlex reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the Platform at any time.

• Historical performance data is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee future returns.
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
• All crypto transactions are final and irreversible once broadcast to the network.

P2P Trading

Andorlex P2P connects buyers and sellers of cryptocurrency. Andorlex acts as an escrow facilitator only and is not a party to trades. Users are responsible for conducting due diligence before trading with counterparties.

Crypto Earn

Crypto Earn features (staking, yield products) carry risk including the risk of partial or total loss of principal. Advertised yields (e.g., up to 18% APY) are estimates and not guaranteed. Rates may change at any time.

Andorlex Mail provides users with a personal email address for secure private communication. The service is available to verified Andorlex account holders whose mail applications have been approved by our team.

• Each user is entitled to one Andorlex Mail email address.
• Email accounts are non-transferable and remain the property of Andorlex.
• You must not use Andorlex Mail to send spam, phishing emails, malware, or any other malicious content.
• You must not use Andorlex Mail for commercial bulk emailing without prior written consent.
• Andorlex reserves the right to monitor email traffic for abuse prevention in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Andorlex Mail is a supplementary service. Andorlex does not guarantee 100% uptime and is not liable for any business loss resulting from email unavailability.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be reclaimed without notice.

Andorlex Mail is protected by your mail password and optionally by your account 2FA. You are responsible for keeping your mail account secure.

Deposits

• All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Andorlex is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, blockchain congestion, or banking systems.
• Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations. The number of required confirmations varies by asset and is displayed on the deposit page.
• Andorlex reserves the right to request proof of funds or source of wealth for large deposits.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to verified wallet addresses or payment methods only.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before making a withdrawal exceeding the stated threshold.
• Withdrawals require email OTP verification and your Transaction PIN to proceed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. Processing times vary by method (typically 1–5 business days).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Andorlex, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Temporary unavailability of services due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.

Andorlex's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Andorlex makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

Andorlex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
• You are found to have provided false information during registration.

You may close your account at any time by contacting . Upon closure, any outstanding bets will be settled per standard rules, and remaining balance (minus any applicable fees) will be returned to you.

Andorlex reserves the right to retain transaction records for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required by anti-money laundering regulations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Andorlex is incorporated. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action in connection with any dispute relating to the Platform.
